Four records make a payment traceable

Save the cashier instruction, recipient or merchant descriptor, provider receipt and casino ledger entry. Together they show what was requested, where money went and whether the operator credited it.

A wallet or gateway logo does not prove the casino is authorised. CBN payment-provider categories and state gaming records answer different questions.

Deposits and withdrawals are not mirror images

A deposit may use a gateway while a withdrawal goes to a named bank account. Read ownership and verification rules before the first payment, not after a win.

If names differ across the gaming account and payment method, resolve the mismatch before funding. Third-party payments can create fraud, refund and verification problems.
